Returns

We offer a 90-day return policy for electronic products that malfunction, allowing you to initiate a return within 90 days after receiving your item. For products that arrive broken or if you simply do not like the product, you have up to 7 days from receipt to initiate a return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you opt to exchange an item, we will issue a voucher once the returned product is received and inspected at our base. The voucher will cover the exact value of the product plus the shipping cost you incurred to send the product back to us. This ensures that you can choose a new item without any additional cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Orders

THE CAT LOVER SHOP accepts NO responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders confirmed as delivered by the courier and reported lost or stolen.

  • Does your product not function? Send us detailed photos and videos explaining the issue. The more information you provide, the quicker we can proceed with the return and refund. You have up to 90 days to report technical failures in automated products.
  • Did your product arrive broken? Send us a photo or video immediately after receipt, within a maximum period of 7 days.
  • Don’t like the product? You have 7 days from receipt to return the product if you don’t like it. Refunds will be issued if the product is returned in the exact condition it was received. Used products will not be accepted.

Note: Return Label For defective, broken products or those with operational failures, we will send you a return shipping label. For returns because you do not like the product, the responsibility and cost of shipping are yours, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
